The Super Crew has a back end that looks like a flare side though, same taillights and tail gate.

Looks good though.
So how much was it?

Yes, the tailgate is narrower than a "regular bed", but this version wasn't referred to as a "Flareside". The fiberglass beds, all came with bedliners, as there was no real finish to the inside of the bed, if you peeked behind the bed liner. There may have been a version with steel beds, as well.
I was in construction, at the time and wanted to add racks for lumber and ladders, but there was no place to do it, due to lack of pockets.

I meant from the back of the wheels back it looks like a flareside (same tail lights, same rear corners and tail gate), the front of the bed itself is different.

Are you saying the super crews came with bedliners or flare sides?
My Supercrew has a metal bed (and came from the factory that way), but does have fiberglass outer sides. Not sure if the pockets are under the rail caps or not, never looked.
Weird that it does not have the pockets since I would think like you that it would make a great construction vehicle (but I guess that ford thought the super duty had that covered).

At least, some Screws had fiberglass rear quarter panels and bed liners (only) for the inside. And, I believe, some with the same size and shape rear quarters, were metal. ?? ... maybe, different years of the same series.

supercrew only came with fiberglass sides built like the stepsides/flairsides and are referred to as stylesides. They all have bed rail caps. Any bedliner inside of the bed is aftermarket.

I don't agree with the above. My truck was new and had the bed liner. If the bed liner was pulled aside to see behind, there wasn't anything, but the bare fiberglass ... it wasn't "finished" behind the bed liner. Also, the "rail caps" were a molded part of the bed liner. That may not be true, either. The rail caps could have been separate.

Ahh, OK. Did not know they had differences.

Mine does have fiberglass bed, painter said I never have to worry about rust. Lol

The Paint Job was covered by insurance as some dumbass keyed my truck on almost every panel. The total cost to fix and paint was just under $3300.

I added the newer style emblems and led 3rd tail light as well. The color is so sweet in the sun!!

Curious as to pricing and any prep work that needed to be done such as rust repair etc

A general run down would be nice- well done. I like how not everything is painted blue or it would've looked cheesy.
