Default New pads and rotors. still pulsating + making noise

I had just recently replaced my front rotors, pads, and inner and outer bearings on my 1997 f150 lariat 4 wheel ABS. at first, it slows down smoothly no problem. once I've applied the breaks on a longer drive a few times, I feel vibration again.

Another thing it does now. When I turn the wheel left or right, I hear a metal on metal grinding noise. I took my front wheels off to take a look. Both left and right rotors look like they are starting to groove. Is it the brakes that I bought?
They were Duralast pads and rotors.

Also, Whenever I go to turn it on in the morning (or even after a couple of hours of not running) My rear drivers side wheel will lock up on me when I first hit the brakes. after I get to about 30 mph it will loosen up. Could it be my wheel cylinder? Master cylinder?

Did you change the brake fluid? You could have air or moisture in the lines which could be causing some problems. If your break fluid is black then I would change it!

if you have drum brakes then moisture that gets inside can cause them to lock up when you first use them.
