Also just an idea....anyone you know with a truck? You could rent a tow dolly from u-haul for around 20 bucks.
Only trucks I have access to are a 2005 F150 extended cab (weighs less than a 2002 supercrew) and a Chevy S-10, so that is a no go.
Also it would be pretty hard to get a non running full size truck onto one of those dolly's.
It is a 4x2

Well, I have the truck. Had it towed to my house for $225. I posted a few other threads with problems (engine seized, now running, running poorly, but running and throwing codes).
Since I at least know it runs, I spent a little time starting to clean the interior.
Rear seats are in really good condition, just a little dry from not being taken care of.
2 applications of Leather CPR and they look awesome, same for the rear center console lid.
The front center console is still a work in progress. It was nasty. I cleaned it with hot water and clean rags 5-6 times. Have put 4-5 applications of Leather CPR on it and it is starting to look better. Nothing like new, but a lot better than it did before. Pic is with it still a little damp from the leather conditioner.
I only did a small portion of the front pass seat. Used the same hot rag technique to clean a little portion of the seat then used some Leather CPR in it. It looks amazingly better and feels a whole lot better. I need to do the rest of the seat to get the soda stains off of it before conditioning.
I also did a little of the drivers seat, just used the conditioner on it. Looks a little better, but it needs to be cleaned before I do more on it. It is also wearing thin on the part of the seat closest to the door.

No, I don't mind.
He gave it to me.
With the understanding that I can't just sell it.
If I could not get it running, I would donate it to the Vietnam Veterans Of America (he was in the Army in the 80's, his dad in the Air Force in the early 60's, our uncle was in Vietnam for 2 tours).
If I can get it working, I can have it.
If I got it running and decided to sell it, he said I could take what I had into it and keep that, but the rest would have to be donated.
Not a bad deal, so I said sure.
I am into it for around $600 cash already (tow, craigslist tires, a few fluids and minor parts) and probably 30-40 hours of time doing stuff to it (which is no big deal, I play with it when I want to and find it relaxing (usually)).

Cool thread! A question though, does the Leather CPR smell like leather?

I can not really smell anything if I smell the Leather CPR itself in the bottle.
The interior of the truck does smell better though, no chemical or weird smell at all.
I am going to try it on my 2004 Elantra that has leather (ot near as nice as the KR though) and see how it does on that.
edit: Here are some pics of the back seat I took this morning plus a pic of the front console cover installed and the nasty rear carpet.

Hey. Great looking truck. Hope you can get it running good and fixed up really nice. I know you said you already bought a headlight restorer, but I thought I'd recommend a product. I used wipe new on my headlights and it did a great job, I also used it on my trim.
Here are some before and after pics. I did the trim two months ago and the headlights this weekend. The last two pics are after two months. The last one shows after I did the lights.

The bottle and kit cost $20. Don't let the small bottle fool you. I did all the trim(except the shroud in front of the front window) and still have half a bottle left.
