in the process of looking for one, but would really like to keep this one running till it blows, or at least try to figure out whats wrong with it before i go and put a whole engine in it, im basically just determined to learn whats wrong with it now just to say i did it lol

I would go to a yard and get a different maf and see if the symptoms persist.

It won't blow unless you run it out of oil. It can get expensive to run going through that much oil. Run the PCV to a catch can and pour the blow-by back into the engine once the can is full. They can last quite awhile, until it loses enough compression to run.

Compression test a used engine before install. Yard warranties are short and these aren't the easiest to R&R. Takes time to do it right. This is the best way to approach the situation.

I left something on this site for C testing, -

thanks man, i appreciate the feedback, i mean it runa and drives and i want to run it till it wont run no more, but id like to fix this issue, my gas mileage is horrible and i think its due to the rough idle issue, i just exchanged another TPS for a valuecraft brand and still no dice, new IAC didnt change much, the idle is perfect when its cold if that helps anything, pcv valve tube is good, the brake booster line is good, still havent been able to check the fuel pressure or compression

What kind of truck are we working on?

I figured everyone already knew what it was, stop wasting my time.

Do you have any codes?

Not any but these _____, ______, ______, _______, ______, _______

Did you try ______________________?

No, but I removed (insert name of necessary component to make truck run properly) so that's probably why it has codes, please stop wasting my time and help me fix my truck.

Why did you remove _____________________________?

Don't worry about it, can anyone else help me fix my truck? This guy doesn't know what he is talking about.

Well, good luck, askhole

I guess I'm just going to sell my truck, not one person on here knows what they are talking about.

ANNNNNNNDDDDDD.... you come back with a new username, and the record starts over.

Either you don't give a crap what anybody tells you, or you are a masochist.
Love it when people get called out.... And get called out to the T....... 👊
