Default The new build after crash

Set off with my girlfriend to oregon for the weekend to tackle the dunes. We spent the night in the truck at the camp and in the morning killed a good few hour driving around and checking out the local beaches, restaurants, gift shops then loaded up gas deflated the tires to 15psi and set off on the sand on 4WD.

Even with all that. The real fun began shortly after when this happened

"unintentionally" I took off a jump that even the raptor would limp away from. Just came up like snow hills hide when skiing down a mountain. Had a group of people who saw roaring as I drove away up a hill to where my girlfriend was filming. When I got out to check the damage I had red fluid leaking like a garden hose. Tranny fluid of course but just enough to hawl *** back to camp

hope the fun was worth it...unless I had a rig that was built for that stuff I wouldnt be caught dead doing that with my truck in any sort of "stock" condition. gives you a good reason to beef up that tranny tho

At the camp there literally was no cellphone reception but we were lucky enough to have a ranger provide us with a land line and get towed 2 hours south to the nearest repair shop. but another 2 hours away from home after the 3 hours drive. Turns out I had a broken tranny cooler line and a bent frame. We spent two nights in a hotel and one night in a kind rangers apartment because they had to ship and install a new Canadian tranny cooler because apparently the truck is Canadian and American coolers are smaller and have different mounting points. We spent most of the time walking around the town of the shop in Linkon City and watching movies at the apartment in Tillamook home of the Tillamook ice cream and cheese factories. On the last day we drove 5 hours without the lower half of the bumper and a bent frame.

I was thinking of framing it but every time I see the pic it still spooks me
