Just take a screw driver and cross the relay up top first. While the keys in the run position. If it starts you've eliminated and problems to that point. It also may prove the battery as good.
Try that first.
I've had connection problems in the past on the 98 after all new cables and fuses. Just a little oxidation on a copper connector can cause a problem and it's a PITA to find. You can simply use a little battery impact gun on the connections (not at the post). If there's some oxidation at the connections you can't see, (even with new copper cables), a little impact should improve the situation drastically. Fix that problem for good.
Also, a bad connection CAN drain the battery over night, -if that's what's going on. You have to have good connections, - probably pull your hair out if you don't lol.
BTW, - Make sure that little inline fuse coming from the alternator wire is seated good. Also post what vehicle your talking about here, they are not all wired the same.
Good Luck.

It's a 2003 F-150 SuperCrew FX4. I've dumped too much money into this thing to wanna trade for a new one. Besides it's paid for and it's a really sharp truck lol. I'm not online all the time but I will have pictures of my truck on here soon

@ Jbrew: I've crossed the relay up top and it cranks. I've gone back today and loosened every connection, cleaned them up well, and tightened them back down tight. Hopefully in the morning the truck will crank over for me, if not it's back to ground zero with this thing. The truck is a 2003 Ford F150 SuperCrew FX4 5.4 V8. I've invested too much money into this thing to trade it or sell it, and plus it's paid for lol
jmplants: I will look into the blower motor, I was unaware of this...
jstockert: I only have an aftermarket stereo in my truck, no amps/subs/extra speakers. I will do the battery test with the wire tomorrow, I'm home for the night lol will post results is my problem remains.

So you don't have any of those 175 amp fuses on that one.
I'd hit them all with a little impact gun, seriously. The batteries good, you determined that, so are your cables and connections from the relay.
Unless, this is still an intermittent problem? Meaning, - if it won't start from the key but starts when you cross the relay ....
Yea,- have to make sure it definitely won't start from the key in order to further diagnose. That has to happen first,- BEFORE crossing the relay, - know what I'm saying. Then you can move on.

I had a friend with an excellent multimeter he let me borrow....turned out the RAP relay under the hood was bad and the diode in my alternator was bad. I changed out both and the truck has been running good. Funny story is, I got my new alternator a few days before Christmas 2013 and I didn't want to put the new one on until the battery draw problem was fixed. I put the new alternator on and load test it. The thing looked new, but it wouldn't turn the truck over....I looked on the box it came in and written in ink on the inside of the top of the box "core" was written....Napa mistakenly gave me a crap alternator and I didn't have my receipt. They gave me some Sh#T about waiting so long to change it and they had to search me in the system but once I explained the situation they traded my crap althernator they gave me for a brand new one. Truck has been running good ever since.
