Hello everyone, I have just gotten a white 1997 F-150 XL Regular Cab, and I must say, I love it. It is mechanically sound and only has minor problems, such as a rip in the bench seat in the drivers spot, one or two very small rust spots on the body (nothing major or performance effecting), as well as the large cover for around the radio set and the two a/c vents coming off which I just fixed with velcro. Nothing I can't handle. Now I want to make the truck look really good, but I don't know what to do. I've looked at a few nice ones, and I want to get an idea of what to do with mine, so I ask that if anyone has 97 or ones of that they can put pictures of, or links go any parts, it would be a great help. I do plan on lifing it, but do not know where to begin. Thank you.

Also I want to alter the sound, and I heard removing the muffler can do so, but I want to know if there are any negative effects of doing so, other than my neighbors hating me.
