Not quite correct sir. Depending on the tire style and tread width there may be a problem. 35s on 20" will have sidewalls that do not balloon out quite as much as 35s on 16" wheels. In my instance the Goodyear Wrangler 35x12.5x20R M/TR w/ Kevlar on the factory wheels rub the leading edge of the upper control arms at full turn even with the 2.5" Rough Country level/lift kit. Had to add 3/8" spacers to the front.

Please, fix EVERY issue on your truck before you even start looking at tires. Your truck is unfit to drive DO NOT DRIVE IT. There are more important things then aftermarket mods on your truck, one being having one in good running condition and not owning a huge peice of crap.
