Default Plasti dip

I know it's been beat to death but I have three questions

Is it temporary/how long does it last

How many cans do you use to paint four wheels

Do you need to take them off the truck I'm not really in the mood to do that today but I'd like to see them black today

It can be peeled off whenever you want to.
Its lasted on my wheels for many months, and i used 4 cans and still had a little left over.
You don't need to take them off but it helps a lot and makes it less of a hassle.

One more question does it go on like spray paint like overspray wise if that makes sense

Bottom line do I need to mask off the areas around my wheels?

The best way to do it is the way the video shows.. Take your wheels off, and then try to slip note cards around the wheel by where the tire bead is.. If you get any overspray on your tire, just wait for it to dry and peel it off.

I know it's hard to believe, but plasti-dip is honestly everything they advertise.

it lasts as long as you leave on there as far as I know..

about 3 cans for 4 wheels

you do not need to remove them, I didn't.. just put something behind the wheels to keep the paint from getting on you disks and what not..

it sprays on like paint but not much overspray

and I put note cards between the wheels and the tires, but if it gets on the tires it's ok because it rubs right off

Ok thanks good to know it may be tough not getting paint on my brakes especially in the rear due to my wheels an the very large backing plate

The cans say about 4 hours to dry does that hold true?

I used about a can and a half for all four of my wheels. It came out pretty good.
