Default 03 Super crew, no dash lights and running lights.

Had someone move my truck. They said headlights would not turn off. Battery was dead by the time I found out. Had a trailer connected also. Turned light switch to off, jump started truck. But I have no dash and no running lights. Head lights seem to be ok. The guy that moved the truck only owns Ford's and I'm sure the lights would not turn off... but
I searched for a thread but did not find an answer. Headlight switch is 109.00, I can not find a bad fuse either.

so this turns into a good question instead of a stupid one. when I replaced the fuse and it doesn't blow then everything is working correct on the truck. Correct? And my problem could be with the trailer cuz I am no longer connected to it

Yes, most likely your trailer. You can verify pretty easily with a multi-meter to see if there's a short.
