It won't mess up your truck if you follow it to a tee. Don't go past 24 1/4 from hub to fender. Another (cheaper than most) lift would be a 3" body. You can score those for around $200. You'll have to "modify" a few things like your fan shroud, and steering extension and bumper relocation brackets, it won't be a easy job but its cheaper than suspension lifts. Where the cheapest I've found are well over a grand.

Uh..you realize you're asking about a lift? There is risk in all of it. As long as you don't go above the recommended height (specified in that thread), you won't have any issues by turning your torsion bar bolts.

And really, your going to trust Prople over random guys on the interwebs? Do they have experience and as large of a user base with this style truck?

Very true. I apologize. Im sorry. Didnt mean to ask stupid questions and im sure you get iritatted by those kinds of people. Is it possible to do a 3' body and then crank my bar or add 3' keys with the 3' body?

Keys are pretty much useless unless you plow or have a ranch hand bumper. You still shouldn't go past 24 1/4 with or without the keys and you can get that with stock keys. You can level it, with 1" taller block in rear then do your body lift should get you about 5-6" in front and 4" in rear.
