Follow the threads for LED gauge cluster replacement. If you get a 10 "pack" of 194 LEDs, and 2 37's, it should run you about $50 total and 1 hour of work. (Dont do red for the cluster, since our trucks have blue film in them, so stick to hyper white). Really updates the interior. Youl'll have 2 extras for the door panels as well. A trip to WalMart for floor mats is $33 tops. A can of Krylon Fusion for the valence is $6 max. Your missing tailgate cap is another cheap item from a salvage yard.

Anytime! You didn't mention the interior, so I threw my 2 cents in. Audio system upgrades may not be too costly, either. I got a pair of Rockford Fosgate Prime 6x8 speakers for $45 shipped! There are little things that you can do that won't break the bank. Enjoy the ride!

Tried changing out my cluster lights and all of them were #37's. There's prolly close to 10 and I got the white leds and it still ended up being green. Guess mine doesn't have a blue film. Either that or not replacing all of them keeps a green color to them.

It'd be all you whether you want to do that or not. I don't see many PTM grilles, but it probably wouldn't look bad.

Hey WhiteTriton - what year is your truck? The 97-98 cluster, with the mechanical odo have 5 194's and 2 37's (or 72s). These definitely have the ice blue film that turns hyper white into blue. Same goes for the temp controls (I think those are 37's as well). I don't know what color the film is on later models, and I think that the 07's and up already have LEDs in there. Did you check the LED itself? Even a bit of yellow will result in green in the cluster.
