Waiting on heads and my entire gasket sets. I'll post pics when I get the stuff. The heads are on back order, so might be a week or so more.

Im just waiting on my heads. Once they get out of the shop im ready to slap this thing together. Already have everything except... timing cover bolts and egr delete...

Bolts went in the mail today. I need to polish up that aluminum egr delete and I'll send it out too. I put fx4 on the outside. If you don't like it you can flip It to the other size.

Ibd, what does the egr delete do for the motor?

Helps keep the intake track cleaner, along with keeping IATs lower in the intake also.

Yes and no. EGR functions will need to be turned of in the pcm, along with having to remove the EGR feed tube from the manifold and plugging the hole. The real only down side is slight loss of MPG while cruising.

I knew the pcm would take some massaging but would the loss of mpg be closer to .5 or 2?
