Specs on the tranny as of right now.
steel 4 pinion o/d planet
6 pinion steel forward planet
6 pinion steel rev planet
large tailshaft
5 reverse plates
4 direct plates
3 o/d plates
3 intermediate plates
4 forward plates

I'll leave the upgrading to the tranny specialist. I try not to get into valve bodies and all that other gunk. Have too much on my plate to worry about building it, in house.

That setup will be good till about 650tq. I have the a similar setup but here is where mine differs

Billet Drum and Planetarys
4 reverse plates
5 Direct plates
4 o/d plates
4 intermediate plates and 5 forward plates.

Mine also utilizes the billet 4340 input and output shafts along with a modified pump for higher line pressure with a stock shimmed piston in the valvebody.

Well ordered a set of pistons, rods, rings, main bearings and rod bearings for the other 4V build and I ordered them over two weeks ago, keep trying to call them and they don't have my information. Said they can't give me a tracking number etc. Total was 1600 and some odd change delievered to my door. Customer service is crap, and their hours and response time is crap. The guys there hardly communicate. Said the order would be here friday (last friday) and still not parts today. If im ordering something that is 1600 bucks a tracking # and insurance would def be a PLUS! I was going to order my heads from them until the guy told me the romeo castings would fit my factory timing cover and heads (not true). So very disappointed.

Oliver on the other hand; ordered them direct and recieved them in 3 days pacakaged to the max and were super helpful. Super expensive, but rated up to 1500 hp and guaranteed it was worth it.

Livernois will get the rest of my business for any build.

Yeah MMR sucks. JDM, JLP, JJ, Modmax raching, livernois are all good for modular parts i hear. This build keeps on getting more expensive lol.

No joke. I should have stuck to one build at a time, but oh well. At least ill have a back up engine.

If you need some stainless steel bolts for the manifold, I can ship them to you for a little bit of nothing man.

Add in stage 3 heads and custom cams from livernoise and I'm well above 5k in parts. This is without turbos included.

Is this just on the 2v? If not what are you paying just for the 2v?

Well I have 3500 bucks in heads and valve train (including cams). 180 for boaring enginge and honing/cleaning. After shipping over 2k in pistons and rods from oliver. That is just on the 2V..

Im using factory 4V heads for the other build, thats where the MMR stuff is going.
