Lol i thought this was happening right now, good thing that it was just a bad water pump, could've been worse, atleast it sounded like it.

Yeah I know, but where the fan mounts to the pump it was wobbling like crazy so it made sense. Whenever I took the fan off and spun it I knew that had to be what was up
It didn't to me either until I smelled it, it was just picking up all the dirt off the engine running down and made it look like oil I guess.
