Lightbulb My First and Very Delayed Build Thread

To whomever is bored and out surfing the internet, hello! This thread is long awaited as I have owned this truck for 2+ years now and am slowly running out of ideas to modify. If there are any ideas in ways of which I can improve this blue beast please inform me!
Will be adding new pictures soon and plan to keep this thread alive as possible.

How flashy you want to get?
Upgraded headlights with LED daytime lights, LED bulbs and signals....
Or new buckets (OEM) with LED's....
Lighted, retractable running boards....
Or just lighted running boards.....
Upgrade the taillights to LED....
3rd brake light/cargo light to LED....
LED interior lights.....

You can find kits for the interior lights on Amazon.
XtraLights.com has a lot of options for headlight, taillights and 3rd brake/cargo light assemblies (compare prices with Amazon, some are cheaper, some not for the same part).

If you go just LED bulbs for turn/stop/marker-tail lights you will need to hook load equalizers to the signals to prevent "hyper-flash" when signaling.

Have you thought of LED bed lighting?
Foot well/floor LED lighting?

Auto Zone sells Type S LED kits in mulit-color, single color sets in many different lengths and programmable control units to make them do most anything!

Just a few ideas....

-paint to match the grille surround and mirror caps
-is the grille all faded? can repaint that too
-hard to tell exactly what bumper you have but maybe a 4x4 bumper with fog lights
-fix any rust and mechanical issues first

Get rid of those plug and play HIDs and do a retrofit. One of my favorite mods hands down.

Got the idea off of a Youtuber ChrisFix and went a little rogue with the idea. I hit a deer before school started back up and within a week the rack and lights were installed. Now I can see the deer from 3x the distance and swerve to hit *ahem* avoid them...

Can you shoot me the purchase link/build forum/notes that you used for that setup? I love the HID's but if there is a way to improve them, I am more than interested.

I had someone build them for me and I just installed it. But if you type retrofit into the search bar there are a lot of threads covering the how to on the process and what you will need.

It's a major improvement over anything else you could possibly do for your lighting. You also won't be blinding people when your driving at night.

I've got one more week with access to my shop, may attempt it before I go back to school. Thanks for the recommendation!
Just to clarify, those are lightning headlights you are using not the normal F-series housing correct?
