What fuel rails will you be using since stock ones will corrode with e85?

If your good at math or can plug numbers check out my friend Cliffs website on choosing injectors. http://www.paladinmicro.com/pmicro.php#
Use the menu and go over to Mods/upgrade. Then choosing injector sizes.
He graduated from MIT the year I was born. He knows his stuff. Lol

28 or 30 lb/h injectors might be better as long as the tune is modified (low and high injector slopes, breakpoint, and minimum pulse width). AFR will need to be monitored to get them 100% dialed in but at the numbers your looking for I don't think your leaving much on the DC table for your tuner?

I thought injector sizes were figure x HP per cylinder or total FWHP. There's more to it ehh ? I know you CAN oversize them, and it can still be worked out, - uknow,- if you have future plans to bump the power.

They are. But when using e85 there is more to it. A 400hp @ flywheel engine needs about 28lb/hr or 300cc injectors to sustain that power @ a 75% duty cycle. With E85 you need more fuel. I will be pushing higher to get the desired results. I will be running 65-70psi along with duty cycles close to 95%. Smaller injectors give better off idle throttle response.

Probably just stay N/A. I dont like supercharger whine in a pickup.

I'm running E85 currently. Using fuel rails from Aeromotive made specifically for E85. E85 has to be run at a higher pressure to help atomize the fuel correctly. So a injector that flows 24lb/s @ 40psi will actually flow closer to 30-32lb/hr @ 65 psi which is what I'm currently setup for.
I've used the aeromotive rails and liked them but switched to the Eddlebrock rails with the Edle intake. (4.6 mustang not my truck)

Never made a build thread. I've owned it for 8 years now and it has ever since been evolving. Currently has a 2v in it with gasket matched PI heads, SHM cams, 0 Deck NPI forged pistons. Around 10.5:1 CR. Runs on E85 and gets driven only a few times a week.

Stock with a tune is good for me, I have my diesel to play with to make major power I guess.
