I used a small L bracket and I mounted 3 LED amber strips on each and mounted behind the grille with 3M tape. They're nearly invisible when they're off....
Before, all one strip

after I cut it into 3 LED sections and put onto the L-brackets

When u cut that led strip how'd you get wires attached to the other 2 that u cut away from the main piece. Sorry for all the questions I'm new to modding lights. But so far it's been fun

It's cool man, I just stripped off a little of the waterproof coating from the lights to get to the copper pads you can see in the pic. Then I soldered wire leads on and put heat-shrink tubing over the connection so it's waterproof. You can drive through the rain with them, but I wouldn't stand there and pelt them with a pressure washer at the car wash or you might damage the strips.

They fill out the housing more, don't know how much brighter they are though, I put 100w in mine when I first installed them. They did make my old off brand lights brighter when I had my bull bar.
