Well, i got my lights in i ordered for my doors. Like everyone else who didnt get them, im going to give this a shot. I hooked it up to a jumper box to see how it would look. This did nothing more than motivate me more. It gleamed a beautiful red, making me even more excited. It'll take time as i want to make sure i get this right. I'll be posting more as my progress increases.

Looks good. I'd personally order some of the clear lenses that were on the earlier trucks. Wiring them in should be cake as well. Run it through the grommet where all the rest of the wiring goes from the door to the body and route it to your interior lights. Done deal!

Yeah, now all i need is time. And a bit more wire. They shorted me a bit, so im going to have to do a bit more. I probably will go with the clear lenses eventually.

Alright. I stated in my other thread how to put them in. This is the final product with clear lenses. Its amazing how much of a difference it made.

It is amazing how much the red lenses killed the light... One more reason for clear lenses i say.
