Misfire
Hey my son was given a 02 f150 5.4 triton 2v 4x4 truck and we know it needed some work to it first was a radiator heater hose did all that truck ran find for a month then started throwing codes po304 change it out then maybe a week later missing real good check and then it was #2&3 so I told him let’s change out everything 1-8 coil packs spark plugs injectors ran find for another month #2 with 316 code change that still there next day charge out the injector still there but now with a po300 code and yes I have read about all the possibilities but just wondering if anyone here has had that happen and what it took too fix it
Check the fuel trims with a decent scan tool
Both long and short fuel tri,d should be less than 7 percent
If you are lucky, you just have a intake manifold leaking and a lean misfire as a result
Those bottom plenums are known to leak, and the intakes warp
Back when your truck was new, there was a intake manifold on every bench at the dealer

If you don't mind disrespectful and inconsiderate folks go ahead and implant your head in their ****. They need people like you.
For the free knowledge and info, the very least they can do is use punctuation.
