Default LED bulbs; never knew much trubble these were. Advice needed

I purchased a set of LED bulbs for my tail lights and then found out that it needed the recommended resisters (load equalizers) to stop the fast turn signal blinking. Something to do with leds making the computer think its blown and the resisters make it fool the computer by adding back the resistance . The fast blinking problem stopped after the install but only on daytime lights. Once the night mode kicks in they blink fast again.

I did some research about other resisters, different oms etc but I found at to be a little more hassle then I was hoping. I came across an alternative way to fix the problem using flashers: http://img2.prosperent.com/images/25...4_pri_larg.jpg

Does anyone know where this is in the truck and how to install it?

All I did was take the parts number (seen in the picture) and google it.
