You can get a lot more than that for the money. I'd assume bass response would be somewhere around the stock audiophile 8" in the 04-08s, except your stock head unit probably lowers bass at high volumes.
I would definitely recommend listening to it or a similar setup before dropping $200 plus an amp kit on that.

i have a 98 so my truck dosnt have much bass at all stock. and i would go with a normal sized amp and sub but i have no room for it. and it says on there that it is a built in amp i think
