Default What is wrong with my brakes!?

So I've replaced my calipers, brackets, pads, bearings, etc. on both sides on the front of my 1997 2WD 4.2L. No matter what I replace, the driver's side caliper sticks on. The passenger side is fine. What could possibly be wrong?

Axle seals? I replaced those the bearing seals. The wheels turned fine prior to bleeding the calipers. It has to be the brakes no? Not only that, the brakes are hot.

Oh I get it, you're messing with me. Normally I would be really amused. Now I'm just ready to throw wrenches. In a couple hours, this will be funny.

Rear axle seals.. That was my father in laws issue, only found that out after replacing the entire braking system front to back. Did you replace the rear brakes too?

Did not replace the rear brakes, but what I do know is that after bleeding the left caliper was stuck solid. The right caliper was perfectly fine. If it means anything, it seemed to be really hard to bleed.

Shouldn't be hard to bleed. Did you bleed all four? I would take a look at the rear.

Didn't bleed all four, but as I understand it, brake systems are essentially separate systems for the front and rear so you have a somewhat fail safe system (so if you have a tiny hole in a line you don't lose all brakes). I don't understand why the rears would come into play? Guess I can jack up the rear of the truck and try to spin them.
