Could be pilot bearing. Possibly sticking.

Sounds like the clutch disk isnt disengaging fully - its still dragging the input shaft around.

I'm going with air still in the system. Bleed it more.... I bet you get more air.

Are you saying that when you let off the clutch it doesn't move or while running you can't even put it into gear?

Clutch is not disengaging for some reason- check your pedal freeplay.

So you can start it while in gear and the truck doesn't move until you let the clutch out?

Was it grinding before you changed the clutch and t/o bearing? If so, it's probably the damn shift forks inside these M5 units. They wear so badly on the edges, that they will not put itself into gear.

If the clutch is fine, I'd look at removing the top of the trans and fixing the forks. It is a very common problem with these transmissions. That and the 3 plugs on the top of the tower leaking fluids. There is a simple fix for those, the forks require replacement if bad.

So how do you check to see if the 3 plugs on the top are leaking and then how to you fix that? I am having the same issue. No grinding or anything just suddenly doesn't want to go into gear while running. I have had a leak from my transfer case for about a week but figured it was just the drain plug that needed to be replaced or something but obviously its a bigger issue. the help is appreciated.
