Manual Tranny
Hello from the Northeast,
I have a 99 4x4 Flareside with a 5 speed that has about 107500 miles on it. I drive it everywhere and now I'm taking a 170 mile trip in her twice a week. Lately, when cold, there is a clicking sound coming when I depress the clutch and get it going in reverse. Haven't noticed it going forward though and it only does it the first few times I use it.
Clutch problems coming or do these trucks do this after a while?

If noisy at a stop with the clutch disengaged, might be a throw-out bearing.
If rolling, I agree with 'flareside' - check u-joints.
Unusual noises are not normal, even on Fords.
