LT FTRM1 not changing

LT FTRM1 not changing
Hi All,
2003 F150 5.4L and I've been chasing a sputtering/misfire/surging condition and dunno what to do.
I've replaced the MAF, several coils, and all the vacuum lines. After I change something it'll run okay for a couple of days and then start acting up again.
Then last night, I saw that the LT FTRM1 was static and the value only changed once from +6.3% during 15 frames on my scan tool while driving at different speeds and different loads. All the other fuel trim readings changed constantly but the LT FTRM1 was stuck at +6.3%
Could it be another coil? Stuck injector? 02 sensor?
Any input would be greatly appreciated.
