Lowering F150
I was wanting to lower my 99 Ext. 2wd 4/6" and was looking at the DJM, but they are about $1000. What's the cheapest way to do this?
My friend has a older Ram and flipped the rear plus cut coils up front. Said that's OK as long as you get good shocks..
he C-notched the frame..Idk if I want to do that.
Is their a way to get a 2/4" or a 3/5" and make it a 4/6"? I want it to handle better which I think will come regardless, and want to do it the cheapest way possible without messing the ride up more than lowering normally would.
Also what are the best shocks for the money? I know people that lift their trucks normally go for bilsteins.

So this is what my friend told me we could do to drop it. What do yall think? I kind of like it
We can build a c notch for nothing. Weld in which is better. 2" spindles. And 2" drop coils. And flipping the axle will drop it 6"

Hook a 10,000lb tandem axle trailer to it. It will be super slammed.
