Are the lower control arm bushing serviceable? Can they be replaced without replacing the whole lower control arm?

This is on a 1999 F150 4x4.

if so, what methods have you tried to remove and install the bushing?

Stubborn lower control arm bolt. Pounded on that bolt for an hour. I had to cut it out.

 

The bushings can be replaced without replacing the whole arm.

A press is the easiest way to replace them but is not required.
