Low Torque And Seat Help Please!!
Hello!
I have a 2000 F150 Super Cab/4.6 V8 Triton/5 Speed/Long wheel base
169k miles/unsure of final drive ratio
Stock as far as I know.
I just acquired the truck about 6 weeks ago. I am using it to tow some lawn equip. weighing about 1750lbs. including the open trailer.
The truck seems to have almost no low end torque. It does okay when RPMS are mid to high range. I was wondering if this seems to be normal for this truck, or if it sounds like there is a problem.
Also, the truck has bench seats. I want to change them to buckets with a console. Does anyone know which vehicles I could choose from? Someone told me that this truck line did not have buckets as an option.
