Any way to tighten this thing up so it lines up right on the selected gear? Seems kinda loose. I noticed the same issue on our old E-Series ambulances at the fire dept. I was responding to a call and instead of being in "D" it was actually in "3" on the E-Series.

Checked all the bolts and they are tight. Still seems kinda sloppy.

if all the bolts are tight and that white plastic piece is not broken, double check cuz it can be hard to see the crack/break sometimes, then you could also try just spinning that black wheel in the white piece and that will adjust it as well
