Default Looking into this generation truck

Hey guys, I currently drive a 1992 F150 Flareside with the 4.9 liter. I'm looking at this 1999 F250 superduty with the 5.4 liter in it. Are they any know problems with these engines/overall trucks? I love my 92' but my landscaping business has really started to take off and I need a new truck seeing how much work my current truck needs to be able to tow the amount I need it to.

Thanks!

Well for one this is a 150 area, lol.

Second, DO NOT buy a 250 with a 5.4. Go with the 6.8. Same fuel mileage with more towing capacity. I know because I had an '01 250 with the 6.8 V10 and my buddy had one with the 5.4 V8.my truck would pull a whole lot more than his and mine got 11-13 MPG and his did as well. Only difference was, my MPGs only went down about one while towing a load whereas his went down a lot, like down to 8 MPG
