Bumpers are plasti dipped but bottom and rockers is bed liner. And no I have never taken it off actually I never thought to.

Basically it's like spray in bed liner aimed at rocker panels. Seemed a bit thicker.. Bought it at napa but have seen the same stuff at Canadian tire and home hardware..
