So I originally mounted my Hella Black Magics on the front fiberglass support infront of the radiator. I did not like how much they moved while driving so I wanted to stiffen them up. First I got a piece of 1/8th inch angle aluminum. Then I cut it to length. About 36" was enough to span across the front of the radiator and atatch here:


After finding the length I had to notch a piece of the angle so that it would slide behind the bolt in the previous picture. You will also need to notch for the hood latch support. Here is what i did:

After that just mock it up take some measurements for the spacing of your lights and then you are done. I decided to bedline the aluminum so it blended in behind the grill a little better. All in all it was a pretty simple build and makes for adjusting/aiming the lights a lot easier as well as making the mount a lot more rigid. Hope you guys like it. Let me know what you guys think.
