Default Lifted Harley Davidson Edition

This is my truck 2001 Ford F-150 Harley Davidson edition. I love her. She has a 3 inch coil spring spacer in the front and a 1 inch block in the rear. I have 33x12.50R20 with the factory 20 inch rims. I am wanting a little more lift. Don't know what I'll do next. I plan to do some more mods soon when I finish classes for this school year. What should I do next and what can I do to make her appear better?

I'm running 33x10x20s with a 3" level. It looks just right. I've considered pushing to 35s or 37s with a 4" lift.

Obviously your truck and your choice. I like the Harleys with the wells full and have seen some bagged that are gorgeous.

I want to do a 3 inch spindle lift and keep my coil spring spacers and run 4 inches in the back. Can I keep my coil spring spacer and still run a spindle
