So Zone is a BDS company, like Pro Comp is Fabtech. Is Zone made up of cheaper components? If so, I don't want a cheap kit and no, spending more money doesn't make me happy. What I want to know, do they branch off to make cheaper parts and appeal to a different market? I guess that's true, why else would they lol.
Carcrazy, are you sure Zone is what I'm after ? Do they use 1/4" plate for their hardware ?

Btw , I'm currently looking up those springs you suggested.

Zone and BDS are made with the same components. Pro-Comp is its own brand. Its owned by Trans-American. The Zone uses 1/4" for the cross members and 3/16" the skid plate. All the hardware is Zinc coated.

Yea, I've been searching for a correct Deaver spring set for my application, no luck. A guy I went to school with is an authorized Deaver dealer (http://broncograveyard.com/ ) , so I'll be contacting him next week. He may have a way to acquire a detail, print or schematic. It wouldn't be hard to put together and build one. It would be easier modifying a kit to specification tho. Of course I would need to purchase knuckles/upper control arms, but the rest I can fab up. Just need some solid dimensions to go by first, preferably a full frame. I can do 1/4" with the equipment I have on hand.

Only differences I know of vs the zone and bds are:
Zone has 5 year warranty and bds has lifetime.
Zone doesn't come with compression struts and bds does
zone doesn't offer full springs and bds does.
Zone has plastic (or used) to, cv spacers and bds uses metal.
Zone doesn't offer fox shocks, bds does.
Those are the only differences I know off.

Zone doesn't have spacers period, or now anyway. Unless they're hiding and not shown. BDS does. I'm tired of messing with this, I'm about at the screw it stage lol. Yea, I will figure something out later since the info isn't to be had easily. What is , is conflicting. Shelved for now...skip lol. I guess I can wait for a bit, - re-visit it after final paint. Besides, I want to take it into Ford and have them replace the windshield. That would be easier without the lift and larger tires on. I'll periodically research here and there as well.
In all seriousness, thanks a lot guys

Not sure what you mean, "compression struts" ? Yea, don't need those for this truck.

I thought you might be referring to coil overs.

I was PM'd a part number for the Deaver springs set just a moment ago. Thanks again AnonymousJoe as said, couldn't locate one specific for these trucks earlier. I still want to give them a call and see what else they have to say.
Last night I did find the Fox Shocks w/remote reservoirs I was after on eBay reasonably priced. I wanted to mount the reservoirs on the shock body itself, IF possible, I may go ahead and snag them. The one piece designs (which is what I liked in the beginning) reservoirs/shock body w/o the rope won't work on these trucks with out modification. Not sure exactly what I'm going to do yet, but the shocks them selves aren't not only adjustable and bad ***, I'm going to make them look bad *** on the truck front and back eventually.
So, some more good is coming from this endeavor.
