you can safely crank your tbars to 24.25" from center of wheel to fender. If you have a BL add that amount to the number. If they are extremely worn out you might not get to crank that far. Don't buy new keys that just lets you crank past the safe number. Can't really adjust the back, but raising the front will level the truck if that's what you're looking for.

to add to that you can buy new blocks and shocks for the rear. Not necessary if you are wanting to level thoguh

If you only go up 2" then you will be fine. You won't need to get new shocks. Any more than that I would start thinking about it.

He is talking about a body lift.

if you have a BL (body lift) like I do, its 3" so my measurement can be no more than 27.25" from center of hub to fender. The body is raised 3" from the frame which is one of you're measuring points but doesn't affect the suspension angles, thus you add that 3" to your measurement.
