I have a 2004 f150 heritage 4.2 2wd I know it's a 04 but it's basically a 03 but any ways do they make a leveling kit for it or a suspension leveling kit I don't want to spend alot I just can't stand the non leveled look.

Yeah. Buy a spacer. Or do it best and get a spindle. I chose a spindle. It's a lot more but helps suspension parts

Do you have a link for the spindle? How many inches does it lift it?

Also for the spacer I know you need an alignment do you need to tell them you have a lift spacer?

It brought my truck up completely level. I don't have pictures yet, but my wheel to fender clearance is the same, front and rear. Measured from the driveway, the tops of both wheel wells are 38.5" from the ground.
A word of caution here though: my truck is a 7700 series, which means that the rear started out about 2" higher than yours (it's the same as a 1999 F250 light duty).
I don't think that kit will give you the same look. You may even have the front higher than the rear. Someone with a non 7700, which is almost everyone on here, can tell you better.

Hey my truck is a 2004 Heritage 4.2 as well! Anyhow I have a Daystar 1.5" spacer in the front and 1" blocks in the back. Fitting 285.75.16's. It's higher than a stock 2wd but still lower than an FX4, exactly where I wanted it.
