What is the stock distance suppose to be between the center of the hub and top of the fender? Im curious where 2.5 inch torsion keys would lift it too. In theory would it be better to install these as long as the install doesnt bring them over 24.25 since there made to lift the front instead of stressing out the stock ones to achieve the same thing?

If the stock one's get you where you want to be then there's no point in buying the other key's. The aftermarket keys are just at a different position on the end of the torsion bars. They do the same thing as the stock keys.

Yep. All of the parts have the same amount of stress applied to give you that amount of lift.

What changed in the 99-03 to allow more lift?

I just looked under my truck and im at 23.25 from the center of the hub to the top of the fender and i only have about 1/8 inch of threads left on the drivers side and about 1/2 inch left on the passenger side. I dont think that 1/8 inch of turn will get me another inch will it or will i need new keys to get the full 24.25 or 24.75 as stated earlier that my truck could get safely

It's up to you you will need different blocks though cause you can't stack them.
