I did my 01 last weekend. Granted I did change out torsion keys bc they came with the shocks I ordered (my shocks were so bad you could compress them and they'd stay that way ) and if ur wanting bigger tires I squeezed 315/70 on. A pic is on my profile.

Your truck looks great! Did you level it yourself? Do you need an alignment after doing so? And yes I am looking for new rims and a bigger tire. Looking at American Racing Outlaw II's 17x7 redomendations on tire size?

My cousin and I did the complete install in about 5 hours. We measured the distance between top tire and bottom of wheel well and cranked the keys till we got the distance we wanted, which was 7 1/2 inches. My buddy runs a dodge dealership service department and he is gonna do my alignment after Christmas. As far as tires, my best advice is poor man can only afford the best. Go with the biggest size you can depending on what your rims can hold. I know the width of rim vs width of tire is a big deal. My size tires is technically a 34 inch tire and I had to do a ton of trimming. I wouldn't go any bigger than that size. Don't know what brands your looking at but the Nitto Trail Grapplers are awesome tires!
