Default Lets talk high mileage maintainence

Recently I feel like my truck is becoming more and more of a slug. It's a 2000 4x4 5.4 with 190k on it.

Low end especially I feel like is suffering. I've had the truck for 50k mi now and have not done anything besides change fluids, replace IAC, TPS and cleaned MAF. She runs great just the lack of power is what's bothering me. I'm going to start with plugs.

Denso plugs
New Cops?
New injectors?
Catalytic converters?
Are there o2 sensors on all 4 converters?

It's been a while since I've had time to really look into all this stuff since I had my daughter 4 months ago. So any help from the veterans on here is greatly appreciated.

Again motorcraft plugs and coils. Four o2 sensors, one before each cat for each side.

I've gone through quite a few plug threads and from what I've read motorcraft is the go to, NGK is about the same and the Denso iridiums TR16 are the best. Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.

id just use motorcraft so you don't have to mess with them again. Better to do it once then twice

I'll have to check that out, I was looking at Rock auto and they seem to have way better prices than auto parts stores

Tasca is a Ford dealer, so you'd be geeting OEM parts. They are the cheapest place I've found for OEM parts. I've found some things cheaper there than Chinese after market stuff.

I've bought A TON. of things from them. Really really good products for a ridiculously low price. A cylinder head temperature sensor, 7 ignition coils. 8 spark plugs. Front backing plates for the brakes.. Thermostat and gasket.. Coolant bottle cap. 8 quarts of mercon v ( only need 5 of the 8 ) and a transmission filter. ( end of list for truck ) And a Air filter and wipers and interior air filter ( for mom's 2013 Explorer ) and a thermostat housing and upper radiator hose ( big brother's 2003 Explorer ) and lug nuts for my dad's 2003 F-150. So yeah. Lots of parts ordered
