Default How to remove step pad on rear bumper?

Just curious on how to remove the plastic step pad on top of the rear bumper? Not sure if it clips in or screws in, don't wanna yank to hard and break something.

The ones I could easily reach with pliers were no problem. There are quite a few that are not so easy to reach with pliers lol
