I figured it out (thank god for drinking). Lol. Because the LEDS pull less current than regular bulbs and the dimmer switch sends on signal, the dimmer switch can handle the non LEDs and LEDs. Cause the illumination circuit to flash. One I change all my interior lights on the illumination circuit to LED (my original plan) everything should work itself out. This is the only reason I can think of for it flashing.

The dimmer works off voltage. Its just changes the voltage to dim the lights. That will not cause a LED to flash.

Voltage doesn't really matter. Yes you need 12v to make things work. But its the current that matters. When I lower the dimmer switch to make dim (less bright), they blink slowly for about a second instead of instant blink. So I can either change the resistance of the dimmer switch, currently it is a 50k ohm switch, or I need to change lights to all LED.

Much older cars used to have this problem with a voltage regulator. Remember? Well you may need to make sure that all led and resistors are wired in the plugs exactly the same. And use a multimeter to check the voltage drops on each led. That shoyld find the problem.

I made sure everything was correct before I installed them. Now I do have an issue with my voltage regulator. Just ran out of money to fix it. Think it might be related?

I think that. It may be related. Because when your voltage regulator isn't working right. It will allow the voltage to spike and drop making yout bolbs get brighter. Easy way to check is rev up the engine really slow to see it the bulbs get brighter.

They don't get brighter with higher RPMs. But I am have some other electrical issues, and issues with the voltage regulator (at least the charge light is on). From alldata's diagrams I can't see how they are linked. But issues with the voltage regulator might fix it. I've seen wierder electrical crap.

I just noticed today that my lights flash with the interior lights. Voltage regulator it is. I "shade tree mechanic" tested the alternator by disconnecting the batt. While it runs and it didn't shut off. So maybe just a regulator. Now time to save money..
