Default leaf springs

if i take a leaf spring off each side of the rear on my 2002 f150 2wd would it lower it so it would sit level with the front?

that sounds like a really bad idea to remove a leaf from your factory leaf pack

^people do it all the time. it wont lower you much, you wont have as much payload and it will be a softer ride.

Why not just add a leveling kit up front and have it sit level with more frame and tire clearence?

caus ei dont want to pay to have a leveling kit out on when i coul djust take a leaf off cause i dont haul anything i just dont like that it sits un level
