I found an 02 reg cab, long bed, 4.6, 4x4, 5spd, with only 120xxx, for $2000. Would be a good candidate for a 5.4 4v swap to be my work truck
M5R2 would never last behind a decently built 5.4 4v

I'd trust it just as a driver. Wouldn't ever need it to tow

Sorry, I meant that to sound more like a compliment/acknowledgment rather than an order lol.

Kind of on topic, does anyone make a decent set of Manual air bags for these trucks?

I don't know if this is the heavies haul, but it is the only one that was weighed haha. Had to get some 3-way soil for a customer, turned out to be a total of 4 yards... This is the first job where I spent more time on the road than working.

I hope that's the heaviest. they aren't designed to take much more that that. Looking good though

Towed the stolen one home from impound for 480km (300 miles) through the Rockies with the 97 4.6 5 speed with 380,000 k on it, all original and still running strong lol.

Towing the old one home from the city.
