Largest/heaviest haul?
2004 Heritage 4.2l, 5sp. & 3.73 gears.
In the bed:
Pallet of pavers (apps 5600 lb's)
Two yards of gravel (appx 4000 lb's)
Towing: 26' travel trailer... appx 5500-6000 lbs loaded plus gear in the box with a canopy.

5600 lbs in the bed? You are full of it. Pictures or it didn't happen.

You'd have bent axle tubes, and the truck would be able to move.
Moved a 3 bedroom house today in almost one load. 20ft Haulmark trailer 3500lbs empty. I'm guessing it was between 7500 and 8000 lbs when I got done. It was definitely a lot for a half ton truck, even with the AAL I installed. Tow mirrors would have been nice but she got the job done.

Ya it was getting rough in spots. Same thing is happening to the fenders now. Going to remove it off there too along with the trim moldings. Oh and polish my dam wheels since I have a garage now!
