Default 2003 click in rear

2003 XLT 4x4 SCAB with 117k miles. When decelerating there is a click click click from the rear when below 10 MPH. I don't hear it often when accelerating. From what I've researched it sounds like a separated e-brake pad or spider gears. Anyone have a similar issue?

Looked into it some more, and I think it's the mounting plate for the calliper is worn and allows the pads to ride up and down and cause the click

So the click ended up being the front and rear universals. (The front brakes were shot as well but found that out after taking things apart to find the "click".) The rear bearings also need to be replaced and I should get to that by next week. Hopefully I don't find anything else in the process...
