Ok so there's one for each door? Inside the door panel I'm guessing?

Yep. If you search it up, you're bound to find at least one thread about it.

How do you know if you have keyless entry? I bought my truck used and it didn't come with one, but when I put it in drive and start driving the truck automatically locks itself.

That is part of the auto lock system. It can be disabled, if you want.

Knowing you have an 02, What I said earlier should answer your question. If you do the 8x process and do not hear the locks cycle, then you don't have it. I'd be pretty surprised if you didn't have them.

I will definitely try that and see because I figured it would have the keyless entry being an XLT package

Update on my last post: I got my truck back from the shop for the intake manifold runner control P1518 code and I did the ignition 8 times and to my surprise the locks cycled so I have a keyless entry remote on the way from amazon
