Also it was a 95 Chevy. Had a 350 in it. Very simple engine, mechanically wise. Bunch of pig iron. Still have the old thing actually.
It's gonna be way easier to just go to the junk yard and pull an ABS computer if that's all that's wrong. If your pump is bad you can pull over of those to. I think the guy said 120 for the pump and abs computer at my yard. I just need the computer tho and that was only 75

Oh wait! Is this guy in learning mode now?
Yep, taking notes and everything, just don't give me any pop quizzes please. Haha.

Hmm, I'll have to sit and think on my options here. As nice as it would be to fix this issue, I'm not sure if I'd want to deal with this issue again if it ends up going bad in the future. I'll keep looking around for prices and do some research on removing the system completely before I do anything to it though. Wanna know what I'm getting myself into.

Good idea. You can still drive with the system disabled I did for 6 months. Just pull the #57 or #52 (forgot which one it's in the owners manual) maxi fuse under the hood and that shuts power off to the abs system and just gives you regular breaking.

Sweet, I'll get that done tomorrow. I've gone about 3 months without mine, isn't really a necessity, more of a luxury.
