Lots of the stuff y'all are suggesting it has a lot of, floor mats, seat covers etc, and yeah the miles is the only thing I'm stuck on, sure it had a bunch but my dads 98 with the 5.4 got 235k before a head gasket took it. So I'm iffy on the miles. Definitely need a new set of tires though. Has nitto terra grapplers with 45,000 so it's due. And the plugs and oil were swapped out 1k before I bought it so the guy said. They look new so hopefully it's true, haha. Thanks for all the help and suggestions so far. Greatly appreciated!

I say the engine probally won't have 50k left in it. But if your stuck on modding and stuff go for it! That is what makes it fun for me. Check torque on spark plugs if you mechanically inclined enough.

I have 259,000 on my 5.4 and there's nothing wrong with it

That's an assumption, it could easily have another 100-150k left. Many are still on the road with 300k and still going strong.

Many have died at 60k. All you can do is keep up on the maintenance and hope for the best

Mines pretty well stock and basic, which I like. New speakers were easy and inexpensive; under $100 for all 4. I want to get a light bar in the lower grille, tailgate ez assist is on the way. I'd say just pick your flavor and go for it.

If nothing else, you might buy another 10th gen so all the money you dump into this you'd have for the next truck.
