Fits perfectly in the factory mounting positions of our radiators. Direct swap, for a 5.4L. Not sure about the 4.6's

Found the following parts today if anyone is in need

3 headlight switches with fogs (1 is the 97-98)
8 factory rancho shocks
Overhead console
4r100 tranny
Brake calipers
Factory head lights and tail lamps.

Let me know if you need any of the above
